In this section, we've posted a series of lesson plans from the guidebook, as well as supporting materials and resources. The lessons are designed to help educators integrate Hip-Hop into a standards-based framework, and are broken down into multiple subject areas for grades 6-12. The lessons also incorporate an interdisciplinary approach so that students can make cross-curricular connections, as well as use the arts - visual, literary, and digital - to create their own work through creative writing, graphic design, collages, painting, digital recording, and website construction.

In addition, we've collected and posted articles and materials that are referenced in the lesson plans. The resources section also contains additional Hip-Hop books, videos, and websites that can be used to supplement the activities.
